Information we collect

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email address, company, company size, enquiry type, message, and your confirmation that we may respond. We also receive information you choose to include in later conversations.

Information collected automatically

Our website and infrastructure may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security events. Measurement tags configured through Google Tag Manager may also record website interactions and campaign information.

02

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange product demonstrations.
  • Discuss pricing, migration, partnerships, security reviews, or requested services.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Understand which pages and product topics are useful to visitors.
  • Prevent spam, misuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect our rights where necessary.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the website, or compliance with legal obligations.

03

Cookies and measurement tags

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement and other configured tags. Tag Manager itself may process standard request logs and aggregated diagnostics. Tags loaded through it may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies depending on their configuration.

You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. Where consent is required by applicable law, non-essential measurement or advertising technologies should operate according to the consent choices presented to you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host and secure the website, deliver enquiry emails through Microsoft 365, operate configured analytics, or support our business. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, authorities, or another organisation when required by law or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction.

Service providers may only process information for the services they provide to us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

05

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, securing our services, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods can vary according to the information and context.

06

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards for international transfers.

07

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correct it, ask for deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and retention requirements.
