A lower software bill matters. So does removing the repeated setup and oversight that comes with every separate vendor.
One identity modelPeople and permissions are configured once.
One governance historyApprovals, changes, and evidence remain connected.
One renewal to manageCommercial administration follows one product relationship.
Pricing questions
Clear before you commit.
Preview access begins with a direct conversation about the systems, people, and rollout you actually need.
01What counts as an active staff member?
An active staff member is a workspace member who can sign in and work inside Orbyna. Deactivated accounts remain in history but are not counted for the next billing period.
02Are launching systems included?
Complete and Enterprise include new Orbyna systems as they become available. Core includes every system listed as live, with an upgrade path when you are ready to consolidate more of the stack.
03Can we begin with one team?
Yes. Core is designed for a focused first rollout. Projects, productivity, administration, identity, and activity history can establish the operating foundation before more teams move in.
04Is annual billing required?
No. Monthly billing keeps the commitment flexible. Annual billing lowers the effective monthly price and is paid once for the full year.
05What is included in an Enterprise rollout?
Enterprise pricing is shaped around staff volume, migration scope, governance needs, commercial terms, security review, and contracted support expectations.
